Location: Seremban (Negeri Sembilan)
Responsibilities:
- Identify weaknesses and supplement training personnel in the tools of the Lean Initiative
- Identify materials and resources necessary to implement Lean Initiative throughout organization
- Assist in the identification of new initiatives including measurements and evaluations
- Coordinate lean activities throughout the organization ensuring concern for impact consideration
- Identify and communicate lean activities and Lean Sigma throughout the organization and group companies
- Keep management informed as to the progress of lean activities through periodic updates
- Perform other related duties as required
Experience/Education/Certification Required:
- Bachelor degree/ professional certificate
- Prior leadership role in lean and continuous improvement activities
- Successful involvement in organization culture shift
- Advanced training in lean and continuous improvement
Key Success Factors:
- Coordinate training in lean principles for all employees, including Lean Sigma
- Completion of several major Kaizen activities
- Establish metrics in all areas by which the progress of lean activities can be measured
- Engage all employees so that all are involved in the elimination of waste throughout the organization
- Communicate lean activities within group companies
