Location: Seremban (Negeri Sembilan)
Job Description
- Develop and expand business networks and clientele base and drive sales performance
- Manage key customer relationships, plan and implement strategies to achieve growth in sales and market shares including preparing sales proposals and quotations
- Identify and develop new and emerging business opportunities in the international markets and strategically promote new product line(s)
- Oversee and execute sales and marketing activities to assist Sales Manager in all business strategies, initiatives, systems and procedures through effective management support, training and development of subordinates
- Compile market intelligence such as competitors’ pricing, new product launch, competing activities and information on new producers/competitors
- Plan and drive sales promotion activities such as in trade fairs/exhibitions to maximize brand exposure
- Manage monthly activities in marketing, project sales, pricing and technical support.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or its equivalence with at least 6 years’ relevant experiences in similar capacity
- Sales driven and customer focus with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good business acumen, sensitive to business trends, market conditions and new business requirements
- Resourceful, adaptable and possess a high level of commitment and determination to excel
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power-point
- Frequent travel is required
- Good command of both oral and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Japanese language is an advantage)
