\n\u2022 Processing payments, debtors and creditors administration
\n\u2022 Must be knowledgeable and prepare\/make Management and Financial\/Accounting reports
\n\u2022 General accounting duties including billing, invoicing, filing and recording
\n\u2022 Preparing monthly accounts, cash flows and quarterly reports
\n\u2022 Assist year end Audit and Budget preparation\/reports
\n\u2022 Handle Banking, Treasury, GST and General Ledger<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 LCCI or equivalent, Diploma\/Degree in Finance\/Accounting or Part Professional Certificate
\n\u2022 2-3 years relevant work experience and able to work independently
\n\u2022 Able to handle a full set of accounts would be an advantage
\n\u2022 Computer literate, MS Word, Accounting system\/software and proficient in MS Excel
\n\u2022 Meticulous with good interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Required good command in English (verbal and written)
\n\u2022 Able to converse in Japanese is an added advantage
