Responsibilities:
- Machine installations and productivity improvement of facilities in a factory site
- Conduct test runs, prepare records, charts, etc. presents results, yield and problem analysis and improvements
- Create and revise work instructions with process flow charts in relation to material requirement, planning system, WIP tracking system, material/labor variance control and production performance reporting
- Reporting that reflects scheduling, methods, support performance and part process procedures in delivering total productivity maintenance
- Review cycle time from engineering versus production actual run to ensure effective plan to equipment and monitoring planned versus actual output and production reporting
- Implement and maintain production process control function according to master schedule
- Perform production improvement activities and upgrading of facilities and safety practices
Requirements:
- Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or any related Engineering degree or equivalent
- Min 10 year experience in electrical-maintenance manufacturing environment
- Strong ISO knowledge with 8D analytical skills preferred
- Competent in AutoCAD
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power-Point)
