Truly hands-on in senior management careers spanning many Asian countries over 30 years with some of the world’s most prominent multi-national companies. His expertise includes the most competitively challenging manufacturing environments where he created and developed the organizational development strategic plans from scratch while the organization was bare on a start-up phase until successfully operational. Since then throughout his career he steered his team and organizations to maximize and realize their performance potentials throughout Asia.
